The Menomadin Foundation invests in business initiatives that have the potential to create long-term, sustainable social and environmental impact. Whether it is an investment in a startup company that develops a technology that enables ventilated patients to communicate, or in a foundation that supports groundbreaking technologies developed in academic institutions, impact investments generate an evergreen pool of capital, with the profits funneled back to the foundation and reinvested in other activities or impact investments.

We distinguish two kinds of impact investments:

Impact Investing in Impact-Oriented Startups

The Menomadin Foundation invests in promising entrepreneurs who have established Tech Startups with Purpose in various fields, including clean and alternative energy technologies, water, climate, health, agriculture, food-tech and technological education and employment initiatives.
